Water damages happen when no one is around

When you go on vacation, you expect to come home to your house just as you left it.
The problem with water damages are they can still occur when no one is around.
Majority of water damages happen when families are on vacation, away for the weekend, or in their rental properties. When you get back home from a vacation to see a pipe has burst on the first day you were gone there will be a mess.
Water damage will start to bubble the drywall and ceiling (depending on the where the damages occurred). Furniture will start to warp, carpet and padding are soaked, and mold has begun growing (mold growth occurs within 24-48 hours of a water damage).
