Trained Technicians

Our crew of technicians and office employees are thoroughly trained and certified to help with your commercial and residential water, fire, mold, and other clean-up damages. 

When you trust someone to be in your home, you want someone who is trained and can be trusted. Our team is both of those things. Not only do we have background checks and other onboarding tests, but we vet and interview our team before hiring. 

Once a new team member has been chosen they go through rigorous training. From IICRC Training and Certification to Employee Training to e-Learnings, and in-house franchise training. We even offer Continuing Education courses. 

IICRC Training 

IICRC stands for Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. The IICRC creates certain standards for their certification. They want industry standard that creates a better experience for customers.

Employee Training 

We have ride alongs and on-the-job training for our crew with fire restoration, water restoration, and carpet & upholstery cleaning. 

Franchise Training 

We have the support of our corporate office that helps facilitate e-trainings for our new employees.

Continuing Education

Not only do we help with training our employees to be better for their customers, but we help our clients like agents and adjusters with continuing their education through specialized courses.
