Bringing in May the SERVPRO Way

To bring in May in true SERVPRO fashion, SERVPRO® of Pulaski and Laurel Counties were delighted to host a CE Class with three different courses. Our agents and adjusters came from many different areas to join in on the learning fun! The classes offered included: Ethics, Bio-hazards, and Mitigation Awareness. The Ethics course covered a variety of subtopics like honesty and reliability. The Bio-hazards class was enjoyed by all; this class went in-depth on the different situations one may encounter dealing with commercial or residential property. The class got to view pictures and slides with information on the different bio-hazards SERVPRO can clean. The Mitigation Awareness course covered all the ways in which Mitigation strives to always be the true hero of the day! And, how SERVPRO restores, not replaces, household items and furniture that suffer water damage. We look forward to more CE Classes in the future!
