When a storm occurs, they can be scary for home owners. The even scarier part --when a storm damages your home and you need help. Your local SERVPRO® of Pulaski and Laurel Counties has a way to get to our customers faster. We have a 1,4, 8 policy. Our policy states:

• One hour from a notice of loss, we will have a SERVPRO professional contact you.
• Four hours of loss a SERVPRO professional will be on site to start mitigation, if necessary.
• Eight business hours after a loss, we will have a verbal briefing of the scope communicated to you.

No matter if it's 2:00 on a Wednesday or midnight on a Friday night, SERVPRO® of Pulaski and Laurel Counties is here to help with your after hours emergencies and following our 1,4,8 water damage promise.
