When a homeowner who had used us several times before called in a water damage to her home at 1 a.m. -- we were there in an hour. 

We loaded up our crew and equipment to head to our customers home. Unfortunately, a washer had been left on before they went to bed that night and the hose disconnected filling their downstairs living room with four inches of water. 

Our crews worked overnight for this customer by getting all the water out. Then, we had to cut two inches into the drywall from the bottom to begin airing out the walls and insulation. 

This customer had to have equipment for the next week, and new flooring in the living room, but she was impressed at how much we saved her home from water damages and repairs.
