Ice Dam Water Damage

An ice dam from a storm caused big water damage in this London, Kentucky home. The homeowner noticed that water was trickling in from a ceiling. She had over two bedrooms impacted by the ice dams. 

This homeowner was quick to call, so we were able to move the furniture from water damage, and create a smaller cut to remove the wall impacted by the water. Luckily, her roof was not damaged by the ice dam and the gutters and shingles remained intact. SERVPRO® of Pulaski and Laurel Counties was called and could remove the water and set equipment to begin drying. The homeowner had used us before for a different type of service in her home, so she was happy to have familiar faces helping her restore her home again.
