There are several times when flooding can get into your commercial property. When water gets in and is not dried properly, mold can gather. Here are a few tips to keep mold from forming in your Henderson commercial building: 

Get Rid of Moisture

Before the mold can be addressed to remove, as much moisture as possible needs to be removed. If there is standing water, it can be dangerous to walk into your home or commercial property, so please make sure you can safely enter the building or structure.  

Protect Yourself 

Standing water, especially category 3 can create dangerous situations.  For example, electrical wiring. You don't want to endure an electrical shock. Once you know you can safely enter, make sure whoever is entering is protected by wearing protective clothing, such as gloves and a face mask or proper PPE.
